Even the most straightforward traditional preparation can be strengthened by Maggio’s deep understanding of ingredients and methods. Tradition is the basis that all cooks who aspire to excellence must master; it is important to build on the best that tradition can offer and then use this as a foundation to add your own creative flair. Maggio has spent many years cooking the same dishes over and over, perfecting the techniques and seeking out the best ways to harness flavor. He is motivated above all by an aspiration to excel. He will be the key to helping you realize your full potential.

Students can expect three hours of practical tuition from Marco Maggio for each lesson. Training is available for the following institutions:
